Mr. Pams Universal is a Swiss-made cleaning concentrate. One 17 oz bottle dilutes 10:1 with tap water to make ten ready-to-use spray bottles. It is plant-based, biodegradable, and requires no rinsing. The original formula has not changed since Geneva, 1973.
Why does one bottle make ten?
The bottle ships at 100% concentrate. The recommended dosage is 10% concentrate to 90% water. One 17 oz concentrate fills ten 17 oz spray bottles. That works out to roughly $3.70 per finished bottle of cleaner, well below most retail eco brands.
Can we use Mr. Pams Universal on wood or any other surface ?
Absolutely, either directly and then wipe with an always dry cloth. Or indirectly by wetting the cloth and frequently changing the side of the cloth. It’s the most versatile product in the world, the result of 50 years of experience. It can be used on any surface that can come into contact with water — from the most delicate to the most durable.
Can we use Mr. Pams Universal before vacuuming ?
Yes, it is even recommended for two reasons. The first is the freshness that the product leaves on the carpet or rug. The second, the product will crystallize the dirt, and make it easier to vacuum. Therefore, you will have a deep cleaning of your carpets when you let the product work and finish with the vacuum once the surface has become dry.
